All jewelry pieces by Desi Rings are manufactured to the highest quality standards and materials. Our rings are guaranteed to be free from any defects. Any ring that fails to meet our quality standards will be replaced under our Lifetime Guarantee. If your jewelry breaks or crack from accidental damage, it shall also be replaced under our Lifetime Guarantee. To use your Lifetime Guarantee, simply contact the retailer/jeweler where you purchased your jewelry. The retailer/jeweler will work with Desi Rings to get your jewelry replaced, if there is a require exchange in size or defect. If your jewelry style is discontinued, a similar style may be substituted.
Any third party customizations to the jewelry, with the exception of engraving, will void the Lifetime Guarantee. Desi Rings will replace the jewelry piece only. Any engraving or alteration work must be be re-worked, at the customer's expense. The Lifetime Guarantee does not cover normal wear, including scratches, as jewelry is scratch resistant not scratch proof, and black titanium alloy finishes*. Desi Rings is not responsible for the sentimental value of the original ring. Shipping fees are the consumer/retailers' responsibility. Your retailer/jeweler may charge other fees. Please check with your retailer/jeweler regarding their fees.
